Find your pace. Find your place.
The App
Built for runners. Designed for connection.
Discover
Discover your next running mate, running date, or send a sprint to someone who really catches your eye.
You set your alarm. You lace up. You run.
And then you go home.
Running is one of the loneliest sports in the world, not because runners are antisocial, but because nobody built the right way to connect them. RLS does.
Find Your People
Browse public runs near you, or Discover runners who match your pace and neighbourhood. Filter, join, show up. You already have something in common.
Run Together
Create a public run and open it to the community. Join a group. Find a parkrun or a race. Build a running life that's bigger than a solo route.
See What Happens
Maybe they become your Saturday regular. Maybe they become more. Signal Mate for running partners, Date when you both want that, or Sprint when you really mean it. Dating is optional. Running isn't.
We're not Strava. We're not Tinder.
Strava tracks your miles. Tinder tracks your swipes. RLS is where running and real life meet: a community built around shared activity, with a connection layer that lets things develop in public, at a pace you choose. Create a run. Meet the people who join. Whatever comes next is up to you.

This already happens. It just takes several apps.
Five things a London runner is already trying to do, across tools that were never built for it.
Finding someone to run with on Saturday
Messages three people individually. Two are busy, one replies on Sunday. Runs alone. Again.
Finding regular running mates
Posts in r/londonrunning. DMs three strangers on Strava. Joins a WhatsApp group. Two reply, one ghosts.
Finding a coach
Googles 'running coach London'. Compares eight websites. Books a £40 consultation. The coach trains for ultras, not their 5K.
Finding a club
Walks past a club in Battersea on a Tuesday night. Instagram is dead, the website does not exist, the WhatsApp is invite-only.
Finding a physio who gets runners
Asks in a Facebook group. Gets four names. Two are miles away, one does not treat runners. Ends up explaining what a tempo run is.
Each of these is real, and each one is a tap in RLS.
Everything a Runner Needs
Public runs
Post a run and open it to London, or find one happening near you this week. Set the starting point, the pace, and the time, and let people join. Every run has its own chat so nobody is guessing where to meet. You can restrict a run to a single gender or sexuality, so a women-only Saturday run is visible only to women.
Groups
Every neighbourhood, area and London university has a community group waiting for you. Set your area when you sign up and join without knowing a soul. Want something of your own? Start a running group in seconds. Public so anyone can join, or private so you approve who comes in. Every group gets its own chat and can have its own runs, and listing is free forever whether you are four friends or a four hundred member club.
Discover
Browse runners near you by pace, distance and neighbourhood. Signal Mate for a running buddy, or Date if you are both open to it. Sprint is for those super-likes. Looking for a training partner? Filter for runners with similar targets to yours. Coaches and pacers live here too, so you can find someone who trains for your goal rather than someone else's and get in touch without leaving the app. Nothing on RLS escalates unless you say so, and messages only unlock once you have both accepted a connection request.
RLS Rewards
A map and listing of the independent businesses that actually understand runners. Running shops, sports physios, recovery studios, pilates and yoga, cafes worth the post run coffee, plus online brands for nutrition and more. Real offers from real businesses, in store and at checkout.
Events
Races across London, each linking straight through to the organiser so you can enter wherever they sell entries. Find your next 10K, spot the parkrun you have not done yet, or see what is worth training for. More coming soon: partner group runs, seminars and running trips.
Prize draws
Earn tickets simply by using the app. Complete your profile, post a run, join a group, refer a friend. Monthly draws with prizes from vouchers to running gear, funded by our partners.
No catch
RLS is free. Always.
Public runs, connections, groups and events stay free. Clubs list free, forever. The features that bring runners together are not going behind a paywall.
Offers, rewards and more to come.
FAQ
Questions, answered.
Is RLS free?
Yes. RLS is free to join. Public runs, connections, groups and events stay free, and clubs list free forever.
How do I get started?
Download Run Love Sprint, create your account, and onboard: neighbourhood, whether you want mates or dates, and a photo. Then start with Discover.
Where does it work?
London first. We hard-launch at Richmond RunFest on 12 September 2026. Not in London yet? Follow @runlovesprint on Instagram for announcements when we add new cities.
Is this a running app or a dating app?
Community first. RLS is built around running together. Date and Sprint are there only when both people want that. Dating is optional. Running isn't.
Do I need to log runs or wear a tracker?
No. You don't need a tracker. RLS is about the people, not splits. If you want to share pace or distance, you can. If you don't, that's fine too.
How is safety handled?
RLS is 18+. You can block and report from the app, we ask people to meet in public, and organisers can create optional same-gender or same-sexuality runs. Full details at runlovesprint.com/safety.
What if I'm not looking to date?
Mate-only is first-class. Set your intent to Mate and you only see (and are seen by) runners looking for running partners, nothing more.
