Prize Draw Official Rules.

To take part you must be 18 or over, based in London, and an RLS member in good standing. We may void tickets or exclude entries that we reasonably believe were obtained through abuse, fraud, duplicate accounts, or breach of these Official Rules or our Terms of Service.

Entry is via the RLS app. Signing up on the website or in person (including at events where we are present) counts once you have an RLS app account and have completed onboarding, unless a specific campaign says otherwise.

Prize draws are always free to enter. No purchase is necessary.

RLS may run prize draws and related promotions from time to time. Whether a draw takes place, and when it takes place, is at our sole discretion. Our aim is to run draws each month, but we do not guarantee that a draw will take place in any particular month, or that any specific prize will be available.

There are two kinds of draw. There is no standing monthly automatic New Sign-Up Draw.

Tickets are earned through free use of the app and through Premium, including any free Premium period or signup trial and any monthly Premium bonus. Premium tickets are loyalty entries from being on Premium; they are not chances you buy. No purchase is necessary, and buying extra tickets is not available.

Full details of how tickets are earned are shown in the app (Prize Draws → Earn). We do not list ticket amounts in these Official Rules because they are set and updated in the app.

Valid tickets automatically enter the next scheduled ticket-based draw. If no ticket-based draw is scheduled, tickets show as awaiting draw until one is scheduled.

Every valid ticket entered into a draw has an equal chance of being selected. A person may win only one prize per official monthly ticket-based draw. If the same person is drawn more than once in that draw, further winning tickets for that person are discarded and redrawn.

Activity Prize Draws are optional, time-boxed campaigns we may run from time to time. Entry is by completing a published action in a published window. Examples include: signing up and completing onboarding in a window; joining a run in an allotted date range; or referring a friend in a promo window.

Activity Prize Draws are free. They typically allow one entry per person. They are not ticket-based unless that campaign explicitly says it also grants tickets.

The specific dates, qualifying actions, prizes, number of winners, and closing date for an Activity Prize Draw are as published for that draw in the app and/or on this website. Those campaign details sit under these master Official Rules. Where we publish specific terms for such a draw, those terms take precedence over this section to the extent they conflict.

Winning a ticket-based draw does not exclude you from an Activity Prize Draw, and winning an Activity Prize Draw does not exclude you from ticket-based draws.

Prizes vary by draw. The prize or prizes, and the number of winners, are as published for that draw in the app, on our website, or at events where we are present. Prizes may be provided by RLS or by partners and are subject to availability. Where a prize is a voucher or product supplied by a third party, that third party's terms apply to its use. Our obligation is to award the prize as described; we are not responsible for the third party's subsequent performance.

Unless we say otherwise, prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

Draws are recorded in our admin console. We keep a record of each draw. Winners are selected at random from valid entries.

Winners are notified by in-app notification and by in-app message. To claim a prize, a winner must have completed onboarding in the RLS app and be signed in to their account. If a selected winner has not done so, or if we cannot verify an eligible account, that prize is forfeited and we will redraw.

Winners must respond and claim their prize within 30 days of notification. If a prize is not claimed within that period, it is forfeited and will roll into a later draw (or be redrawn, at our discretion).

Results may appear in the app, on the Run Love Sprint Instagram account (@runlovesprint), and on this website, typically by announcing that a draw has taken place and identifying winners in a privacy-conscious way (for example by first name, or first name and initial only). We do not promise that every draw will be published on Instagram or the website.

Our decision on winners, eligibility, and claims is final. We may amend, suspend, or withdraw a draw, but we will not do so in a way that unfairly affects entries already validly made, except where we have to for legal or operational reasons.

The default referral programme awards tickets into the ticket-based prize draw pool: 10 tickets for the inviter and 5 tickets for the new member, when the referred person completes onboarding using the invited email address within the referral window shown in the app. Current amounts are always as shown in the app (Prize Draws → Earn).

A referral campaign draw is a separate Activity Prize Draw and must say so. Completing a referral during such a campaign does not also grant extra tickets unless the promotion says so.

Active RLS members may invite others to join through the referral programme, subject to the following:

• You must be an active RLS member to refer others
• Self-referrals are not permitted
• You may not refer accounts you control or create for the purpose of earning tickets
• You may not use misleading, spammy, or unsolicited outreach to generate referrals
• RLS reserves the right to invalidate tickets or entries earned through referrals it considers abusive or fraudulent

These Official Rules form part of our Terms of Service (§06 Prize Draws and Promotions). They are governed by the laws of England and Wales as set out in those Terms.
